The following tutorial will walk you through each step involved in
administering the Pre-Employment Audit examination to an applicant. At any point, you
may click on an image to see it full size.
| The Employee Profile Homepage - this is
a section of the first page you see when you first arrive at Employee Profile. Click on
the "TEST AREA" and you will be brought to the login page. From there, several
options are be available to you. |
 |
 |
The Test Area - when you first arrive, you
will see a number of options to select from. To go directly to the login page for the
test, click on "ENTER TEST SITE". |
| The Login Page - to access the test, you
must already have a Username and Password. They can be obtained from the TEST AREA. Type
in your Username and Password as well as the name of the applicant who will be taking the
test. Click on "Proceed To The Test". |
 |
 |
The Examination Start Page - at this point
in the test, have your applicant sit at the computer. They should read the instructions
and click "Press Here To Begin" when their ready. A pencil and paper should be
available for your applicant as they may be necessary during the Basic Skills portion of
the test. |
| The Test - your applicant will be led
through 270 questions. As an example, the first 10 questions of the test are displayed
here. Each page contains approximately 25 questions. The last 50 questions test the
applicant's definition, math and spelling skills. All questions require a True or False
response. At the conclusion of each page of questions, the applicant would click the
"Continue" button. |
 |
|
The Test Completed Page - when the
applicant has completed the test, they will arrive here. They receive some final
instructions and are prompted to advise you, the administrator of the test, they are
finished (they will be unable to proceed any further). Resume your seat, enter your
Password and click on "Process Score". *Your applicant does not
need to be present; their scores are intended for your records only. |
| The Results Page - displayed are the
applicant's name, the date and time they took the examination as well as the results of
the examination. Use the KEY to determine the applicant's score for each of the seven
categories that they were evaluated for. In our sample, John Doe scored best under
"Accepting Supervision". He has a potential for long term employment as
indicated under "Tenure" and his "Math Skills" are excellent;
however, as he scored poorly under "Potential Theft". John Doe will not be
working for Employee Profile! |
